Tasting Notes:

Graham Norton's Own Shiraz: "The nose offers a medley of dark plums, blackberries, spicy oak and a hint of South Australian eucalypt while the palate is instantly mouth filling with sweet dark fruits, great concentration and a hint of fine tannin on the finish. Graham's Shiraz is a bold, juicy wine full of character, just like the man himself!" - Rob Cameron (Invivo's other winemaker!)

Graham Norton's Own SauviGNon Blanc: “Graham said of the 2018 blending material “this is going to be easier than last year” and he was bang on the money.  With such a nice vintage to work with, Graham quickly identified the base parcels and we began the blending process.  Graham truly has developed his own style and it’s so different to Invivo’s. He loves the more classic, greener Sauvignon Blanc, but also enjoys some of the zingier tropical wines we make for Invivo so he likes to weave the two together.  Not always easy - it’s like having two Hollywood actors on your couch and both trying to get a word in edgeways..! But sure enough, he does it again and we end up with a wine that starts with that classic Marlborough herbal and ripe capsicum notes (no gooseberries!) and then all of a sudden you get some melon, then sweet passionfruit aromas layered in there.  Bags of flavour, lots of texture - the Graham Norton’s 2018 Sauvignon Blanc is a very enjoyable tipple indeed."
