Product and packaging guarantees
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order or simply find the wine is not to your taste, we will replace any unopened bottles with another product or credit your account. If your delivery has been damaged in transit we will replace it for you. Please note that damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have been invoiced for, we will put it right for you. Please note that packing errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and American Express.
We make every effort to correctly display our prices on this website. However if a price is incorrect we reserve the right not to proceed with your order at that incorrect price. If a product that you have ordered has been incorrectly priced we will call you to give you the option of paying the correct price or cancelling your order.
Once an order has been placed you may not cancel the order as goods are often packaged and shipped the same day. Please select carefully before placing an order.
We insure our products up to the point where they are delivered to your address. We are not responsible for damage or theft to goods beyond this point.
